PureCheck subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone β tap your name β Subscriptions β find PureCheck β tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
First, ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase. Open the App β Profile β Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email support@purecheck.app with your Apple ID email and we will resolve it promptly.
Yes. PureCheck works worldwide. Product database coverage may vary by region. European products are well-covered through Open Food Facts. If you notice gaps in your region, please let us know.
No. Your scan history is stored locally on your device and is never shared with third parties. Barcodes are sent to Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts to retrieve product data β this is the same as visiting their public websites. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
